This is a two voice Midi to CV converter module. It has a keyboard split option allowing you to separate the keyboard into two separate synth voices, tune mode, multiple sets of note priorities for when more than two notes are played at the same time, options for inhibiting note bend on an individual output and output for the MIDI clock.
The PCB is set up for attached 3.5mm jacks and a detached MIDI input jack. If someone wanted to adapt it to a +/-15V system, no parts changes would be required.
For complete descriptions of the way the module is used, and how to build it, including schematics and parts list; download this PDF file.
Boards and panels are available now. Price for a PCB/PIC combo is $18.
Unfinished eurorack
panels are available for this project, they are 6HP and cost $8 each.
There is
more information here about panels. If you're interested in drilling your own panel for
this project, feel free to use my
drill guide. That image should be printed at 300dpi for proper
scaling.
