The new Revision 2 PCBs have a lower parts count and more stable oscillation than Rev 1 and 1.1. If you have a Revision 1/1.1 board you haven't built yet, or a 1/1.1 build that you couldn't get to work, email me (Michael@bartonmusicalcircuits.com) and I'll send you a Rev 2 board for free.
This module is a specialized LFO. It outputs four trapezoidal waveforms which are synchronized with each other. Each of the four knobs adjusts the duration of a different phase of each output. It requires no special parts to build.
The PCB has MOTM and Eurorack style power connecters. It gives a +/-5V output and has no inputs.
For complete descriptions of the way the module is used, and how to build it, including schematics and parts list; download this PDF file.
Boards are available now. Price for 1 PCB is $8.
Unfinished eurorack
panels are available for this project, they are 8HP and cost $8 each.
There is
more information here about panels. If you're interested in drilling your own panel for
this project, feel free to use my
drill guide. That image should be printed at 300dpi for proper
scaling.
